For your information: I'll offer all my classes at the Elternschule at the Vivantes Klinikum am Urban starting April 2024.
Ich biete folgende Kurse an / these are the classes that I offer:
- Antenatal Class for you and your birth partner (english, weekend class)
- postpartum exercise class (english) twice per week, mondays & thursdays 11:15-12:15
- Rückbildungsgymnastik (deutsch) zweimal wöchentlich montags & donnerstags 10:00-11:00
